Next we were off to Wal-Mart to pick up some allergin-free snacks for Ollie, baby food for Harry, and various household items. Everybody was in a good mood and we found everything we needed without any difficulties. Once again this was enjoyable, but quite dull for a blog post.
We drove through Wendy's to grab a quick lunch (salad for me, hamburger for Ollie). After eating and playing outside for 30 minutes or so, both boys went down without a hitch for afternoon naps. I took this opportunity to get caught up on Harry's baby book and start dinner.
Two and a half hours later Harry woke up. Yep, the little guy that rarely takes more than a cat nap, took a cue from his big brother and settled in for a long snooze. By the time he finished his bottle, Daddy was home and even though Ollie was still sound asleep, I fired up the grill for dinner.
Aunt Julie stopped by with a John Deere fountain that her friend sent for the boys. I think that will fit in well in the basement with Daddy's JD stuff. We asked her to stay for dinner, but she said she already ate and had to go to Kohl's. Since she likes to shop even less than I do, I she must really had to get some clothes.
After a delicious dinner we all voted on UDF for an after dinner treat. The boys enjoyed ice cream while I had a cup of coffee and Harry attempted to grab a taste of anything he could get his paws on. Next, we went for a drive around our neighborhood just to see if anything new was happening.
By the time we got home it was nearly 8:00 and time for baths. I'm not sure why(maybe it was the lack of excitement throughout the day), but as Harry and I listened to Daddy giving Ollie his bath we decided that it was time for a Bentley Boy double dip.
At first, Ollie wasn't sure what to think of the intruder.
Once he verified with me that this was allowed...
All was well and splishing and splashing began.
i think that is the CUTEST thing ever !!!
