I was too tired to blog last night and not much happened yesterday anyway. I worked today and Ollie hung out with Grandma. This was very eventful because Grandpa was putting in hay, so there was much activity for Ollie to observe.
Apparently Ollie sat on the tractor with Grandpa and thought he was driving. When it was time to get back down, so Grandpa could get back to work, Ollie held onto the steering wheel and didn't want to let go.
When Daddy and I arrived Ollie was taking a cat nap, waiting for the real action to start. Once he heard my voice, he woke up and was ready to check things out. He watched Daddy, Uncle Jeremy, and Noah load the wagon and then unload then bales into the loft.
By the time the hay was finally in the barn, it was already past Ollie's bed time. We ate a late dinner of ham and green beans, squash, and cucumbers (all fresh from the garden) and then headed home to put baby boy to bed. I thought for sure he would fall asleep in the car, but instead he talked the entire drive home. I guess he had to tell us about all the new things he saw today.
Tomorrow Ollie's off to Grammie's and I'm off to work. I really should get to bed....
