Getting On My Last Sciatic Nerve

The now normal routine of 2:00 am wake up call started our day a little earlier than we would have liked. I really wish those stupid teeth would just come in, but it seems like that will never happen. Poor Ollie was up for 90 minutes before he finally fell back asleep. Daddy was snoring just minutes after, but I wasn't so lucky. Heartburn kept me up until seconds before Daddy's alarm started buzzing. Will I ever sleep again?

Today was a really long day. Around 10:00, I started feeling a slight twinge in my lower right back, but I figured it would go away. Once again, I was mistaken. By the time I was on my way home, my lower right back and right leg was numb. Yea, sciatic nerve pain!

I'm not sure why I can't seem to catch a break with pregnancy issues, but I'm really needing one. I think I'm getting less sleep now than when Ollie was 2 months old and to top it off now I'm having sciatic issues. God bless it!

Since I have experience with this issue for my last pregnancy, I know the only thing that helps is lying on my right side and having Daddy pamper me. The boys were more than willing to comply to my every whim, but I have to admit I get bored with just sitting around.

When Grandma got wind of my newest problem, she rushed over to see what she could do to help. Ollie was super glad to see Grandma and she definitely was more willing and able to play than me, so this worked out great.

I have to work again tomorrow, but hopefully after a "good" night's sleep I'll be feeling better. Wish me luck.
