Stretch Armstrong

Daddy had to work today, so he was up and out of the house early. I planned on sleeping in, but Ollie had another idea. Of course he was wide awake and hungry for prunes at 6:15. Oh well, I needed to get up anyway, but just once I'd like to have a restful morning when I plan it.

Being up early had its advantages like going for a walk before it got hot and having all necessary chores finished before noon. Best of all, Ollie had plenty of time to suck his toes. I really wish I was still that flexible, but I doubt that will ever happen again in my lifetime.




Once Daddy got home we headed to Joey's graduation party. Ollie made friends with several little people, and of course he attracted the older ladies...again. What are we going to do with that chick magnet?

Tomorrow is another busy day. We have church and a baby shower. We're also hoping to go fishing with Daddy at some point. Weekends are always busy, but when compared to working days it's a breeze.
